Kfc

Being that I am vegan, I do not typically eat at this restaurant but I do deliveries as a driver. Today I got an order from KFC and the first time I got there, it was around 6pm the lobby was closed, which I found unusual. Went to the drive-thru, got up to the box and the first thing that was said was "Sorry, one second...the customer up front is being....weird" so I knew...it's a full moon. First order successful obtained but then we got a duel order from this same KFC, noticed there was not much of a line being that it is Easter so I figured that's good. Go up to the speaker and notice that no one is answering, the gentleman that spoke on the speak prior is walking out the back door, mind you this is 7pm, sitting at the box for 42 minutes with a line piling up behind me and no one speaking we see people in there but they aren't answering the box or explaining what is going on. I walk up the th window and th video explains the rest... I am sorely disappointed in this location and wish there to be something done, there was obviously no manager or leadership in there because this would have never happened otherwise.

Placed an online order at home. Went to the restaurant and followed instructions from website to pick it up. Tried to go to the pick up stand and the doors were locked with no signs. Went to Drive thru and told them I was picking up an online order. They told me all online orders have been refunded because they shut off mobile orders. I informed them that their online ordering was still in fact on, checked my account, and certainly the 30$ was in fact deducted. They then informed me the ordering was still on , but they weren't making them because there was three people in the store. I told them I understood and would just like a refund. A belligerent employee came over the speaker screaming I wasn't getting a refund or food and that I needed to leave or she's calling the cops. I informed her she could and they would hopefully convince her to give me my goods or return the money they took. She then over her headset was broadcastING the police call. I left the store raging and From the looks of there are alot of mistreated customers by the hands of your star employees. Way to ruin KFC for me. I'm pregnant and only crave it, but you bet I WILL NEVER return.

Just now went through drive through and was literally told they only had 8 pieces of chicken and they couldn't sell me a 16 piece meal. Seriously you are a chicken place. Maybe they should close down or put a sign out that says no 🐔 🤷. My husband and I laughed so hard, because you can't make this stuff up. If I could give a 0 star I would.

Got a few famous bowls they were absolutely Delicious I would definitely go back. The lady that was taking our order had a hard time hearing us and they had no tenders or sandwiches and were out of dr pepper. It was the end of the night tho so it's kind of understandable that they would run out of chicken at a late hour of the night. Would go back tho lady was nice just couldn't hear us thru the drive thru

Besides the fact I went there before and they had no "chicken" yes I know.... Went there today and was not bad could tell the frying oil was fresh everything was nice and golden... Food was good but the staff here crazy bad... 1 the kid wouldn't even open the window all the way open because it was "cold" out that's fine and all but when it came to handing out food out he like stuffed it threw the crack... Then the drive threw window had a huge spit stain going down it... Literally sumthing that would take about 10 seconds almost ruined the hole meal....
