Panera Bread

Ordered from them through Doordash and received about half of the order. The receipt is correct, the food is just missing. The receipt has spaces to say who checked the order (blank), how many bags there are (also blank) and says to let a manager know if the order isn't right. I called to let them know but they never picked up the phone, just repeatedly kicked back to the automated menu after ringing a few times.

I either have bad luck or this location has terrible employees. No matter when I order or what I order something goes wrong. For example today I ordered using the app. Got 2 soups in bread bowls. Now on the app it showed that the bread bowl was available. When I arrived and the runner came out with my food, the receipt was written on saying no bread bowls. Now at this point I already paid via the app. The runner didn’t say anything about getting a refund (there’s an up charge for a bread bowl). So I ran back in. What did I see behind the checkout counter? 2 bread bowls!!! What the heck? When I told the employee they shrugged and was not particularly sorry. More like, “oops, forgot to check the front display.” Yeah ok, so you were going to take my money when you could have given me what I paid for? What a terrible business practice. This is not the first time something like this happened. If you use this location, be very careful and check your order before you leave!

Very disappointed. We just ordered two salads. One a Greek Salad with chicken and Fuji Apple Chicken for take out. When we arrived home we realized we got TWO Greek Salads. Very disappointed. I don't like olives or hot peppers. Long drive for such a disappointment . Our. Order number was 114226

Redicilous how long it took at 2:40PM just to get a bowl of soup! Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought it could take 14 minutes after I ordered to get it! This Panera needs to move to a larger location to have bigger kitchen area so things move quicker! The bathroom hadn't had any attention in hours and even where you do your own " busing" of table was overflowing!

I used the app to order curbside ahead, and when I arrived - I selected "I'm here" on the app. I waited 15 minutes before going in to find my food waiting on an unattended counter. My receipt was showing making it easy to find, but my car make and color was included for pickup instructions. This was a little unsettling, and frustrating that the option of curbside was selected but my order waited. Next time I'll order ahead but pick-up indoors.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! JJ I hope you see this because you have no respect. Completely disrespectful and did not care to help me look for my purse as I was panicking on the phone. Put me on “hold” but instead hung up on me to get rid of me. Told me he looked all over the place and under tables to look for my bag, meanwhile when I arrived and performed the search myself it was under the table I was sitting at. JJ is a horrible employee. So rude, inconsiderate, and never cared to ask for any of my information so I could be contacted.

I ordered four items for delivery from the Manchester/Deming Street store. One of those items was missing. Seems to me that's a pretty gross oversight--it's not like it was some huge order. And I didn't receive any notice that delivery was on its way until about a half hour after the delivery person had come and gone--that notice arrived in my inbox with the receipt. 😶 That said, the frozen caramel cold brew is ahhh-mazing.
