Freindly staff. The coffee is very good. Great selection of healthy breads. Found the ham and cheese croissant average. The pastries look very good

Delicious pastries. Loved the normal and nougat nut croissants (I'm French) as well as the Pear and chocolate one. Good coffee. Great service. Would definitely recommend going there to start your day!

Vegan croissants!!! OMG, soooo good. Their bread and especially their German style rye are amazing. Super nice people to boot. It's a regular indulgence for me now.

Come for the sweets, stay for the savoury! We'd heard how amazing their cakes were, but over 10+ visits we found that their sandwiches are equally delicious. The pretzel sticks and pretzel croissants are by themselves worth a visit. Coffee is top notch too, brought my Italian mother-in-law here who has a very high standard and she was thoroughly pleased with their espresso quality.

We had iced coffee and a banana and walnut crepe. Both mouth -wateringly delicious. Not too sweet and though a little naughty, didn't feel heavy and sickly. Large assortment of German breads, cakes, strudels and danishes. Small, cozy and homely. Nice place to hang and relax. Nice treat 😊

Stopped in for breakfast but there weren't many options on the menu. We got the egg and bacon roll on fresh rye and it was amazing (and so cheap for $6.50!) The beautiful breadroll took this tuck shop staple to a new level. I would probably get it takeaway next time and go sit on the beach/wharf to eat it. We also ordered a pretzel because we figured it was a German place and so we might as well! It was really nice but if I order it again I would ask for it heated up.

Yum yum yum... everything is delicious here. Their bread is beautiful, try the rye seed, it is thick, filling and full of goodness. You cannot miss the beautiful smell of pastries and bread baking that goes on in this place, take the time to stroll by!
