Walker's Doughnuts

Ever since walkers has changed owners I have noticed severe decline in the business. Always shutting down early BY HOURS , coffee machines not in use and very understaffed. The previous employees were so lovely and very accommodating have not seen them around only the new owner and what appears to be her daughter , the business used to be booming and now no one lines up anymore. Do better guys hopefully Walkers can return back to their glory days .

The last time I visited Walker’s Doughnuts at Highpoint I received disgusting service by the girl with brown hair and the eyebrow piercing. Learn how to train your employees to treat customers with respect. By the looks of the other reviews this is a regular occurrence and you guys deserve to go out of business. I have heard many stories about people experiencing verbal abuse at this store, do better.

The worst customer service. I was on the line and somebody came after me and ordered before me. I said l was before you to the customer and the staff who has brown hair said she went somewhere and came back, you don't need to be rude. Am l the rude one here? If she went, she lost her line. A staff shouldn't take a side like this. I didn't buy anything and never buy from there again.

So... Doughnuts are Doughnuts. But these ones are something else. Always fresh and always great quality. The staff are quick, friendly and efficent. The store is always clean. Also great to see the doughnuts being made in front of you. They genuinely seem to take pride in what they are doing. The coffee is possibly the nicest in the entire centre, and if you're sitting near the store, they even bring it out to you. Table Service in a food court. WINNING! The only downfall for these guys was their Hot Jam Doughnuts. They used to be dry but they've got a new cabinet and they are always hot, fluffy and delicious!

If i could give 0 stars i would We were served by 2 young girls who were polite and great i took 2 sips of my thickshake turned around to take it back and say i ordered a thickshake not a standard milkshake Then a girl in a singlet out of uniform starts attacking me saying i saw you walking away mind you 10 meters from the front counter and drinking it No refund or no re making was her response I now see by all the negative reviews this place wont last much longer terrible display by the so called owner no class or tact 0/10 Please go and support any other place in the food court bar this one !!! And treat your staff with respect you disgrace Reviews dont LIE so many negatives clearly you can not run a small business
