Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

This was my first visit to this menchie’s location and definitely my last. The units were not dispensing properly. Only had small selection of flavors to pick from. The absolute worse was the yogurt had stale taste to it. I trashed it after two small bites. And the kid behind the counter could not provide me with a receipt because he was out of paper. I love this brand. But this place definitely put me off frozen yogurt. It just was not a good experience.

Really nothing to complain about. Always reliably good and I'm always welcomed by the staff when I walk in the door. I guess I go too much because they know me. The staff is typically younger kids who are trying to earn a little spending money, so you need to keep that in mind. Their original tart flavor is unmatched. I love it when they have juicy grape. I typically like to get an original tart and pair it with something fruity.

Me and my kids love Menchie's. The staff are nice, and the yogurt is great. However on Google maps it says that Menchie's closes at 9:00 so we go there and it is closed. This has happened twice. The first Time we went 45 minutes before closing time. The second time we went 20 minutes before closing time. Both times they were closed.The second time was an exception but 45 minutes. Really? I'm not sure if the manager is aware of this but if he/she is that's even more disappointing. Overall I would recommend to everyone as long as you go at least 1 hour before closing because you never know when they will close...

Where do I start...your Yelp and Apple business information show that this place closes at 10pm on Friday, 8/23, I walk in at 9:07 and walk up to the machines with a cup. I am immediately told that they are closed by a very disrespectful young teenage kid. If you left the front door unlocked then whose fault is that. Apparently this establishment has not heard of customer service at all. Oh and did I mention that I am pregnant and all I wanted was frozen yogurt. I will NEVER patron this location or brand of frozen yogurt again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Love the yogurt here- sweet pink lemonade is the bomb! However, when I asked the male cashier, Addison, about my points he was unable to clearly explain what my account point balance was. I asked three times and the response never changed. Then he proceeded to back talk me and said that it was pretty clear and made me feel like an idiot. I get it your working a job that may not be forever but Have some common decency and represent the company you work for with positivity and respect for customers regardless if you think they are not the brightest crayon in the box.
