Starbucks

If you’re going to go to Starbucks, this is the one to go to. The staff is so friendly, and they even spelled my name right on the cup! They were knowledgeable about the drinks and made all three of our drinks correctly, and they had both indoor and outdoor seating with plenty of parking. They have really cool murals inside, and they were even open on 4th of July.

Literally the highlight of my morning coming here !! Everyone I’ve encountered has displayed superb customer service, but baby Amani, Ari, another young lady whose name I can’t seem to think of at the moment, and Dee are my absolute favs !! I go to this location in the morning before work and have been coming here consistently to the point where they know what I’m about to order before I order it lol. The drinks are always bomb, the breakfast is always hot and fresh, and they are always pleasant and professional even when they are overwhelmed. I’d give them more stars if I could xoxoxo

I got in like with 6 people ahead of me, and it took OVER 30 minutes to go through the line. By the time i realized it wasn’t just one car holding up the line, it was too late for me to get out of line. Now i don’t know if they’re understaffed, but if they are, they need to handle that because over 30 minutes in a drive thru line is ridiculous.

The Starbucks itself is clean and non crowded. Although they didn't get ask for my name, and the salted creme cold brew looks nothing like I've received from any other Starbucks. It also took over 5 minutes to be called. Overall it was an okay experience. *upgrade to 4 stats for consistency and kind people*
