Great place to get the Louisiana products you miss and love. Deboned Chicken stuffed with rice dressing and shrimp, or crawfish, or just plain rice dressing is Awesome! Easy to prepare and down right delicious! Boudin is on hand, tasso, turtle meat, alligator meat, prepared gumbo of various kinds, King cake in season(plain, cream cheese, and Boston creme) and this is legit from Louisiana directly. Turducken is made to order. Spices and seasonings, pheasant, frog legs, ... I think you get it.... they have a wide variety of products on top of the fresh meats and sausages. The family that runs it are super nice and helpful. You won't go wrong coming here!

Excellent meat market. They get me my Turduckens at Tgiving and Gooses at Xmas. Great selection, I'll usually get a pork butt for the smoker and a stuffed chicken or duck for the air fryer. Ribs, steak, and brisket have always been excellent. Friendly staff will share cooking tips and there's a good choice of seasonings and sauces too. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately this is another business where reviews will mislead you. This place is so overrated. Difficult to believe that they are valid reviews. Food is extremely overpriced and and so lacking of good taste. Worst smoked turkey and seafood gumbo that I have ever tasted. Even more sad when you know you paid $100 for them. The $75 10 lb turkey was so over cooked and dry as sawdust. Most of the turkey was trashed because no one in our family would eat it. The gumbo was equally bad. Mostly bad tasting broth. Will never buy anything from this place again.

10/10 absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a Professional Butcher. The Stuffed De-Boned chicken was a very simple and delicious all in one meal, simple to make and it presented almost as good as it tastes! The flavour was an instant hit for my girlfriend and I. The Chicken Sausage made for AMAZING sausage patties! So far everything has been perfect; price, flavour, taste, presentation. 6 Stars if I could.
