Taco Bell

Little smart mouth kid in the drive-thru says as you can see the Mexican pizza sold out. I'm looking at the menu and it doesn't say sold out at the spot I'm looking, so he repeated it again as you can see it's sold out on the menu. Well genius, if you're going to have it listed in more than one place on the menu, then make sure you put sold out over both spots. It's on the top left corner and the bottom left corner. Guess where I'm looking. Top left, but you can't expect too much brain power from someone working at Taco Bell can you.

I've been going to this Taco Bell for 2 years now and it was at best a 3 star and it has steadily gone down hill. I will be going from eating here once a week for the past 2 years to being done with Taco Bell entirely. It doesn't matter if you order through the app or through the drive thru, your order will be wrong. Modifications will not be done to your items and/or items will be missing entirely. Then when you bring this to their attention, you will often receive a negative response from the staff. Let alone staff often being rude, especially over the drive thru speaker. Don't bother going to the other Taco Bell in Marietta either because it's just as bad.

I made a mobile order with a Deluxe Cravings Box & a My Cravings Box both with chalupa‘s & I asked for extra meat no lettuce or tomato on both of them, & neither Chalupa had extra meat & both had lettuce & tomato on them. An what is even more Annoying is everything else was correct except for that, an it’s the thing that I paid extra for an didn’t get. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to follow instructions that are written out for someone.

Awful! Awful! Awful! Supposedly gave my Grubhub order to the wrong driver twice in one night! Refused to remake the order when contacted by Grubhub even though THEY messed up and gave the food to the wrong person TWICE. They won’t answer the phone when you reach out to them. After seeing reviews about people spitting in food and being rude, I’m kind of glad I didn’t get my delivery from here.

I’m not exactly sure what is going on with restaurant. I have come in drive thru 2 times this week i was greeted with smart mouths and attitudes even called out of my name….. now here i am 9:34 at night they tell me their register is frozen and will be down for 10-15 mins…. Then tells me to get out of line and wait for it to come back on….. while I’m sitting in the parking lot im watching multiple employees come to check out yhe window almost to insure nobody is waiting….. now the register is back up im being told i have to wait 10 more mins for food… SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN THIS IS SAD !
