Can be very busy resulting a long waits (11 minutes one time). Prices are a little higher than stand alone stores, maybe .30-.50c for a sandwich. They do not charge for water so when I do fast food, which is not often, I go to chikfila.
The folks that work here are very nice, get to know your name and go above and beyond. They are definitely an asset.
I give it a 2 due the waits that can be bad and definitely minus a star for no inside dining.
I’ve all but stopped going due no dining inside.

Inside the Kroger is about the only difference in experience, that you'll find with this location. In my opinion if you've been to one Chick-fil-A you've been to most(the dwarf house restaurants are full service). They work extremely hard to provide the satisfying visit that they're known to provide.

Never went to a chick fil a that I didn’t like until now. 🙄 maybe they should reconsider this location. They don’t have enough room to move around but they have enough time to talk about personal problems while customers are waiting to be greeted. This fast food place is definitely not fast!!!

At normally don't have any issues with Chick-fil-A but at this location it took over 10 minutes to get our food. I had to call into the restaurant to make sure that they were doing curbside service. The manager answer the phone and told me that there was a big order before my little order and my food would be out shortly. I waited another 5 minutes . This was not the Chick-fil-A service I'm used to . I'll stay on my side of town.

This is the worst chick fill a ever. They’re not nice AT ALL not the manager or anybody new or old working there. They always make mistakes in their meals, or things are missing in the order, it happens very often. Lately they do not open or open after a certain time. As I told you it is the WORST Chick fill a!!

Eating at this Chick-fil-A was the highlight of my trip to Kroger. I rarely shop there and as usual took me a long time to find what I needed. They even wanted to charge me $0.50 for withdrawing cash. NO WAY! But it was a pleasure to be served by Angel at this establishment. She exemplifies premier service! Thank you, we'll be coming back! 😊

This chick-fil-a has a double drive though! As with most chick-fil-a locations they really fast. Don't be discouraged if you see a long line, it will move fast. The employees are always nice and best thing is they offer extra sauce if you ask. Thanks for my grilled nuggets!!!
