Espresso Place

Passing through town yesterday with family in tow and needed a coffee stop. We always try to find local places when traveling and avoid Starbucks and the like. This is a gem of a coffee bar. It’s mainly a drive through, but has a small bar inside. Excellent locally roasted coffee. All 4 of our espresso drinks were excellent. Super nice folks (the owners family also happened to be there). Highly recommend.

The owner was working when we stopped in. He was really friendly and genuine. The coffee is also amazing! I got an extra shot in a 16oz coffee and it was perfect. The espresso is rich and has good flavor, not like some places where it can taste watery, burnt or bitter. I highly recommend checking this place out!

I love this adorable coffee shop. It's the perfect quick stop for (actually good) (not Starbucks) coffee on the way to work. It also feels good to be supporting a smaller business. It's easier to get to than the only other (non-starbucks) coffee shop in the area, which is inside of an apartment complex (another bonus, this one is open to the public on Saturdays). It's very small, more of a drive-thru, so I'm not sure if it has WiFi, or space to study if that's what you are looking for, but there is a little space inside to enjoy your latte (NYC coffee shop size) and a table outside to sit if the weather is nice. Another tip: if you're coming from Powers Ferry or from the west on Terrell Mill, you can cut through the "Powers Ferry Plaza" shopping center lot (it has the J. Christophers and McDonalds) to avoid pulling a U-ey on Terrell Mill.
