How can you not get an order right? I order your new club sandwich and I get a plain chicken sandwich with NOTHING on it. Plain, dry, WT…? PLEASE send all of your crew to Chic-fil-A for training. What could be more important than getting a customer what they ordered? How hard is that? #neveragain

If you can’t figure out how to run a dine-in restaurant in the third calendar year of Covid then bless your heart. Two other local Zaxby’s have been open for quite a while.

I mean if I could rate them with no stars I would. I would recommend everything else around this location then go to this resturaunts!. There a franchise not corporate and should be shut down! Terrible Customer Service! Never seen a more nasty disorganized store! Just don't!

Ordered online through app. It was ready promptly. Food was good.

I ordered at the wrong zaxbys via mobile, that's on me. But tried to call restaurant to see if it could be canceled, no answer. So drove there anywhere to pick up order. Pulled into the curbside and called, no answer multiple times. Had to join the drive through which was busy. Mentioned to the window that I tried to call with no answer and all they said was " thanks, will have to check the phone. " based on other reviews, they just aren't answering it. If you are not going to do curbside at least cover the signs! What a terrible experience today. All the signs for "ordering ahead to skip the line" are a joke.
