Taco Bell

It doesn't matter the time of day I go, drive through or inside service is incredibly slow. Prices are higher than the store by KSU. The last several times I went though the order was wrong but they did fix it, even if it did take an additional 10 minutes to get the correct items. Choose somewhere else.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I've been to. I went thru the drive-thru and was told if I can't speak clearly I was gonna have to leave( I have a hard southern accent). Then I get my food and when I went to enjoy my burrito they forgot my extra cheese and when I called about it. I was told by the shift leader that they were too busy to fix it.

I know everyone is short staffed right now but this is absurd! I got in line to pick up a DoorDash order because the lobby was closed. After sitting there for 15 minutes, I decided that I couldn’t wait any longer and I would just turn down the order… BUT I COULDNT EVEN LEAVE!! The drive-thru is set up so that once you’re in, you can’t get out. It’s now been over 30 mins and there were only THREE cars in front of me! I wouldn’t be so mad if I would’ve been able to leave. But no, I was stuck in line, losing money all over a $5 order. And once I finally got to the window, no one apologized or told me how much longer it would be. In fact, they walked away from the window. I tried blowing my horn and knocking on the window to ask how much longer it would be but NO ONE came!

This restaurant is a PROBLEM for this community. The service is never even remotely close to what would be deemed acceptable. Its almost as if the owner doesnt really care about the quality of the restaurant they own. The staff is always rude, unaccommodating, and severely unprofessional. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results. I have gone to this place too many times and have had items missing or wrong. Shame on the owner of this restaurant for not doing better.

It’s ridiculous that we’ve been coming to this location for over a year now and they’re recent excuses have been that they’re only accepting doordash and Uber. This is a public establishment, everyone is hungry and would love to continue giving our money to this location but this remedial reasoning that they’re only serving Uber and doordash is what’s making us go to other friendlier more courteous locations. Don’t come here if you’re hungry, they don’t give a damn…
