Mcdonald's

Picked up dinner for my kid on 1/23/22 around 9:30pm. I ordered the chicken nugget meal with large fries and a large Dr.Pepper with NO ice. I pull up to pay and the drink was waiting on me with ice in it. I asked very nicely that is supposed to have NO ice. Oh the attitude that I got from the employee was just a lovely experience, I didn't make the mistake so why take it out on me. But the worst part is she went and salted the fries so heavily it was completely not edible. Each french fry you picked up was just covered in salt. Now that was totally uncalled for and it was my kids dinner. Never had a problem with this location but you could definitely tell the employee was being very spiteful over a drink that was supposed to have no ice.

The restroom was horrible! No paper towels, no soap or the air dryer wasn’t working. There was paper all over the floor. The trash can was overflowing! There wasn’t any hand sanitizer in any of the dispensers in the dining room. I got my order but didn’t get a cup for the self serve drinks. Had to wait at counter for 3 minutes before anyone appeared to get me one. They didn’t have any apple pie’s ready. This is the worst McDonalds I’ve been to in a long time.

Nice kids but lacking... Purchased 3 happy meals.. only 2 had the toys in them. Asked for napkins, was told they were in the boxes.. they were not. Did not get my receipt. With a 22 mo old and two 4 year olds in the car, and it was already 94°outside, getting back in the drive through line wd have been a waste, not to mention shepherding them all out of the car and into the restaurant. Were it not for that I'd give them 5 stars.

It's cool but I had a not so good burger.i couldn't even eat it.i could only take 3 bites.i tasted nothing but pepper in every bite I took the bun off an my cheese was literally black from pepper.i was only in this area for work so hopefully I don't have to go back.my fires were hot but my sprite tasted like it had a hint of fruit punch in it.not sure what happened there.i give it 2 stars only because my fries were hot.

I visit this McDonald's frequently because it's close to my job. On three separate instances I have been given raw food. The first instance I said nothing and just left. The second time I went inside and I believe I spoke to a manager who offered to replace my food with something that was cooked. The third time I went in the lady helping me looked at me as if I was crazy when I complained about my food being raw on multiple occasions and stated that some people like it that way. Possibly be the only person who has been receiving raw burgers during lunch time.
