Moe's Southwest Grill

Food was fresh and that steak salad my daughter had looked so delicious. My son order the nachos steak, as you see I didn't include my order, that's because I didn't order, I was on a strict diet, and they were hungry like they never ate and wanted Moe's. I must say the customer service was outstanding and friendly. What I did notice while we walked back to the car, I thought about they young man, who asked me am I going to order anything, and I told him, I can't, and he ask me why, and did I have money, I felt compelled to to tell him that I have to do test I'm the morning, and I can't eat up this freshly made counter of food. He was the young man that prepared my daughter food, could have been the manager, I thought about the empathy that he showed, to have asked did I have money, I can only infer that he would feed me, not for free but the generosity that was in his heart to feed someone who was hungry or didn't have money to eat, that is what customers service is all about putting the customer first and that is why whu I will be back, now those grown kids of mine said that food was good!!!

Pretty horrible experience. Stingy on meat and cheese but poured about 4oz of hot sauce on there making it way too hot. And I like hot and get hot every time. Came in and server was grabbing and munching pieces of tofu directly out of the customer's receptacle from which they serve. Not going to say the name of the server because i don't want her to lose her job but I'm sure some of her saliva got on her gloves which is then getting into the tofu and all the rest of the food. Gross.
