It’s a shame they bought this stale burnt pizza to my hotel. I live in Kennesaw but I’m in Marietta visiting there is a 1000% difference in customer service and food quality! Burnt warm stale pizza! By the way they sound high on the phone! Get people who actually care to cook food please????

I've had bad experiences and usually always have an item missing. Autumn was my deliver driver and brought every item I ordered. I usually always get extra spinach too, and it was notable they actually put extra spinach this time too. Chef did a good job.

This is the absolute worst place to order food from especially delivery.... You'll probably never receive your order. Which has actually happened to me with this location. Once I placed an order over the phone, told it would be 35-45min and it took over two hours plus I think it was the third or fourth call there was a different manager, (supposedly) but sent my order out. Also after everything happened one that order they still CHARGED ME!!!!!! I couldn't believe it customer service is absolutely gone . I will never order anything from this company again.

Painstakingly slow. I walked in to order and it took close to an hour for 2 pizzas. Horribly understaffed. The counter person was borderline rude and I saw drivers going into the establishment from their vehicles handling food without first washing their hands. I will never go there again.

The absolute WORST experience I have ever had!!!! Management here is terrible! And so rude! I will never order at this location again! I was trying to let the manager know that he me a burnt pizza, and he continued to go back on forth arguing with me. Terrible customer service! And the worst PIZZA!!!

Only order from this store if you like your pizza cold and two hours late, because they will never deliver it within a reasonable amount of time so it's still hot. Or even lukewarm.

Pizza from this location tastes like Domino's used to taste back in the "cardboard" days, before they completely revamped the recipe. Big Domino's fan, but this location doesn't cut it.
