Mcdonald's

It's now 9:28 PM Dec 17, here in the McDonald's drive through line. We gave our order now 8 min ago, and still waiting in line for our order, as everyone else. It's now 9:32, we just got our order. The young lady at the first window, Mrs. ATTITUDE! from the start of the order.. The gentleman at the 2nd window, professional.

This is one of the worst locations. I understand everyone is having staffing issues but please at least let your customers know you're not open. The lights were on at 9pm tonight and I did a mobile order only for them to not even respond at the drive thru. Multiple people waited. We have to drive to the window and blow the horn for them to tell us they were closed even though they saw us. I completely understand staffing issues but just turn off your outside lights or at least put a sign up at the window stating you had to close due to staffing issues. Good communication is always the key.

Worst fast food experience of my life. I walk in during the 4pm rush and patiently waited in the lobby. I have no issues whatsoever, I understand it’s 4pm and I’m telling people in line jeez it’s a bad rush that’s tough and defending the kitchen. I was then directed to a kiosk which I gladly walk over to and start using. I start customizing my order and boom no option for adding Mac sauce to my burger. Ok, no problem. I get back in the real line but again am directed to the kiosk. I explain the issue and am yelled and at told I’m lying and then directed again to the kiosk. I asked to be served as this is their job regardless of these kiosks existing. I was ignored for 10 minutes, then finally my order was taken. This happened after being mouthed off by the lady at the front mumbling just go to the kiosk under her breath the whole time. Will never return to this McDonalds. Food was decent but not worth the stress.

This restaurant always has employee attitude with customers they don’t greet they show attitude 70% of the time their credit card machine and ice cream Machine is down and they only take cash which Bonnie use now a days. Food is not fresh majority of the time. We bring customer made a mistake by coming here but unfortunately that is the only closest neighborhood restaurant in our close proximity. But employees definitely doesn’t seem to like their job no enthusiasm on their faces this need to change otherwise customer and sales will go down overall

Sat at the drive thru ordering screen for 20 minutes until they answered after telling me to hold... yelled at me that they were busy while I waited bc my son asked why they weren't answering. Then they told.me I can only pay with cash, not even apologizing for the wait. Pulled me up to wait on my food and it's been 10 minutes and still waiting. Very rude and unprofessional for fast food and I don't set my standards high with fast food. Milk shakes also down. Lady in front of me said she had to wait 40 minutes to get her food and ended up going inside to get it. Not happy at all!!

I realize everyone is understaffed, underpaid and exhausted however I just spent 35 minutes waiting on a mobile order. When I finally got tired of waiting I decided to call the store however I could not get anyone to pick up the phone after dialing more than five times. I then decided to go to the drive-thru which took an additional 5 minutes. When I finally got to the first window I was told they should get rid of the mobile order since no one really pays attention to it. When I finally arrived to the second window. I was asked what did I order. I told them I only ordered a muffin, 2 cookies, a diet Coke and a smoothie. The cashier then slam the window in my face and left. When she returned, I simply asked, "Did anyone see the mobile order? I have been waiting for 35 minutes." That's when the young lady at the window began to get very defensive with me and go off. This is the last time I will return to this McDonald's location.
