Subway

I've been to this subway a couple of times and each time the customer service has been terrible. The first time the guy making my sandwich had his headphones in listening to music as I was trying to tell him what I wanted. Today, the lady making my sandwich was talking to her coworker the entire time I was trying to tell her my order. And then took a personal phone call when I was trying to pay??? Whoever manages this subway needs to sit down and have a conversation with their employees about etiquette while working with the public. Giving 2 stars because the food is okay, but still not worth putting up with the poor treatment by employees. Will try to avoid this subway from now on.

I went to this subway the morning of 12-28-18 the only lady who was working was very rude. She had an attitude when asking me what I wanted and was trying to rush me. She kept sucking her teeth and rolling her eyes. When I told her I wanted to scan my phone for my reward points she let out a big sigh, like it was a bother for me to do that. Once I paid she gave me my change and just walked away. She did not hand me my sandwich, she did not hand me my receipt and she did not say that you. I go there every once in awhile in the mornings to have a sub for my lunch for work. I will not be going there ever again. I was tempted not to get the sandwich but I really needed it this particular morning because I would have been late if I would have went somewhere else to get food. I was never rude back to her the whole time this was going on. She started it and ended it. What a bad experience for no reason. Just dine there with caution. I will not return.

The service was horrible the employees are rude. The employees just toss the food around. The salad I got was half the size of what is normally given it had a half portion of chicken rather than the normal amount. the cucumbers we're rotten. My friends tuna sandwich was dry and had no flavor.the ranch didn't taste good.

Poor service and distracted staff add to the chaotic experience. They didn’t have cucumbers. I guess they didn’t plan well. While preparing my order the staff member carried on a conversation with two other employees. She was more concerned about someone else’s order instead of the one she was working on. This required me to repeat my instruction multiple times and she added the wrong amount of peppers. Unfortunately there was no evidence of serving the customer. I’m guessing being inside Walmart provides them enough business and they do not feel a need to invest in employee training, cleaning up or having fresh ingredients in stock.

Apparently they didn’t want to serve me. I stood at the front counter for five mins. There were two employees sitting there just talking to each other. They didn’t greet me or ask me for my order. One of the employees decided she wanted to make a sandwich for the other employee and started making her order instead of helping me. Five mins is way to long to be standing in front of someone and then not even say hi or please hold when they were not doing anything. I will never come back.
