This nice restaurant leaves me no choice. 4 orders have been canceled with no explanation across 8 total orders. Ordered exactly what was available on the 3rd party delivery app. Order the same thing every time. No special ordering. On 1 occasion (technically the 5th cancellation), I was informed that I didn’t pick a bread so the entire order had to be cancelled. I’ve worked at 3 restaurants before, if the customer doesn’t want any bread and there is no option to select no bread why would all the food be cancelled. I’m sorry. I tried to be understanding but this is over the top.

Food was great, but beyond that was the service provided by our server, Maddie at the East Lake location! Even with the restaurant full she continuously made sure that we were taken care of! The manager Rachel greeted us several times as well! Special thanks to Maddie! Will be back because of her kind service!

An easy-to-get to establishment, a fun artwork decorated JC, our server was *excellent*, but the food was just not good-- especially when you realize at first bite that Waffle House would have provided a tastier dining selection. (If I'm being honest here) I ordered one of the many offered egg omelettes, and was served an over-cooked, chewy, flavorless, rubberized dish, (the tomato slices and English muffin tasted just fine). The coffee wasn't good, and even the water had an off taste. I considered sending the meal back, (which I normally never do), but a business meeting and hunger kept me from it. I wish I could recommend this eatery but instead I would encourage the drivethru at McDonald's or the Chic for something with better flavor. Not impressed.
