Panda Express

Good afternoon. This weekend I went into the Panda Express. The customer service is most of the time excellent. The manager allowed me to use a coupon that was recently used. Thank you so much. Love going to Windy Hill location rather than the one near Spring Street. The food is hot, and they keep the food fresh. When they run out best believe someone is in the back cooking to replace the empty. Food is A1. You have to try the Sweet Chicken breast. Don't know the name, but mostly all the dishes are A-1. Please give more portion sizes.

I found a dead bug in my food!! I want to post the pic on here but I don't know how. I ordered via door dash and the dasher was very sweet! The store was giving her a hard time because they did not have what I ordered but she called me and I just switched up my order. I really appreciate her. When it arrived I picked it up right away. The bag was sealed by the store and the containers were completely closed. After of about 5 minutes of eating I saw A DEAD BUG in my food. I almost threw up. I made my daughter stop eating hers because we basically got the same thing and it was contaminated. I called the store and the manager asked me to send a pic, which I did. He offered me a replacement meal which I obviously declined. He said he doesn't know how it happened but that was all. He didn't care at all. I will never eat here again. And this store isn't done dealing with me yet. They could've gotten my daughter sick!

Horrible Place and lousy staff, I went in the prime day at 3 PM on Saturday they don’t want to cook fresh food everything in there is practically pieces left in each Pan there’s water still throughout the entire front that I almost slipped from instead of them coming around and taking care of it they just put a wet floor sign like seriously dude do your job and just quickly mop it. Also food is absolutely disgusting at this particular place. People walked in and walked right out from how horrible the place was.

They are constantly out of food. The manager Jerry was extremely rude to me as a delivery driver, ignored me for 5 minutes, then explained the reason he ignored me was I didn't wait in line. I told him the instructions the restaurant put on the app says to come directly to the register and showed it to him. He just sighed and said well it's not supposed to say that. Every other Panda Express location I got to has the same instructions. None of them are constantly out of food like this. Poorly managed and extremely rude about their own issues and inefficiencies.

I’ve never done one of those receipt surveys, until today.the cream cheese wontons were old, the egg roll was old. They both tasted like they were fried in last week’s oil. The entree is somewhat edible, but still tastes off. The cherry coke came as a huge cup of brownish clear carbonated water. Luckily GrubHub refunded my order. The rest went in the trash. Whoever made this order saw the drink come out of the fountain looking like brownish water & was like yeah, this looks good. Waste of money.
