Firehouse Subs

Staff was very rude. I ordered my sandwich twice and both times it was wrong. When I went back to the counter I asked if they could make me a new sandwich showing them my receipt stating how the sandwich should have been. Without speaking, the employee wrote on the receipt what I did not want on there. 15 minutes later when my second sandwich was ready, it was once again wrong. I threw it away and left. I will not be returning to firehouse and this is the second time my order has been wrong and I only order pickles and black olvies, not a complicated order. So disappointing.

My first time eating at Firehouse Subs. I ordered the Italian exactly as it comes and I would love to give 5 stars but as another commenter stated, the people that work there are like zombies. The guy making the sandwiches had to call the girl to the cash register and when she begrudgingly came from the back she didn't speak or even look at me. I made a point to ask her a couple questions to make her look at me. After reading other comments, it seems to me you need a complete overhaul of employees with proper training in customer service at this location. Other than that, best sub I've ever had in my life!

Granted, I came in at 9:45 (15 minutes to close) I got two quick orders. The cashier (seemed to be in charge) was clearly upset with my fiancé and I for daring to come in within store hours. Proceeded to act pissed and turn off TVs and make us uncomfortable. Another customer that arrived before us asked to change something on his order before the sandwich was made, the same cashier made a comment under his breath that seemed to make the other two staff members laugh. We were out by 10:00. I’ve worked in food service and understand if someone comes in 5 minutes til, but that wasn’t the case. This location needs a new staff or better morale.

Do not waste your money with this establishment! Please take your business to a restaurant that cares about their customers. Every time I order from this place, my order is never correct. Today (04/06), I ordered a bowl of Chilli for my son and a Engineer for me. The Chilli was so cold that a layer of “Gel” covered the top of it. They had no ice for the drinks and the sandwich was very sloppy.

I am not one to ever complain, but I have never seen a firehouse subs that had bad service. Nobody was out front and the guy in the back saw me and turned around, but said nothing. I ask if they where closed and some girl comes out and rudely takes my order with her attitude. CHRIS AND ROBIN STARTED SOMETHING GREAT AND THIS IS SAD STUFF.

My last visit here. I've given this place one to many chances. I usually go in for lunch during the week and every once and a while on the weekends. Saturdays are generally very slow when I go in there, which you'd never know by how dirty it is inside! My order not only took to long but came to find out it was never put in and the lady who made my sandwich wasn't informed she said! The service here isn't anything close to great pretty much the same dull service every time. I generally look forward to getting in and out but lately that can't even seem to happen so i'm done all together with coming here. Too many other places to get stuck on a mediocre one!
