Taco Bell

In line now. Only me and one other car. No one says anything when I pull up for 3 minutes. Monica (according to the receipt) taking the orders is really rude and nonchalant. Attitude when ordering, after I had to say hello to get someone's attention to order she says you can go ahead and order. Then misheard me and still talking with such an attitude. I am very understanding of how demanding it is working in fast food but the overall experience with the driver thru cashier sucked, from ordering to paying, to getting my food. Two stars goes to the food and whoever made my pizza. On point. Very polite and attentive. After reading a few more reviews, I'm wondering why that person is still working there. It seems like all bad reviews are about the same person. That's bad business to keep them on.

Normal taco bell food (I like taco bell). Probably the rudest staff of any place around here. It used to be really good before covid; both prep quality and staff. Now, I avoid it at almost all costs. The MCD across the street has a similar issue; an obnoxious dour mess whereas before, they were super helpful. Better off just going elsewhere IMO.

The Taco Bell on lower Roswell is hands down the best one around. They actually give you meat on your tacos and quesadillas. I’m a service provider and been all over the Atlanta area eating lettuce, cheese and hint of meat from the Taco Bell in Sandy Springs throughout northern Atlanta. I now know the lower Roswell rd location is the place to go when I want some good tacos 🌮

Drive-through is always so slow. Every time I go through this drive-through they are very good about apologizing for taking so long but they still always take so long. Of the past half dozen times I have been through here they managed to act like a normal fast food drive-through once. Today was the final straw. 13 minutes of sitting there with nobody in front of me as they did who knows what inside the restaurant. The app quickly updates to show that my order has been accepted, is being prepared, and is ready. But that is absolutely not the case. They did not even start thinking about my order until I’d been sitting at the window for probably a good three or four minutes. Not coming back. The Taco Bell on Roswell Road at Robinson knows how to do the drive-through thing. No apologies, just the order ready in a reasonable amount of time.

Don't go to this restaurant unless you wanna wait in A line of cars because they locked their lobby to customers. I wouldn't even pick up food from here if you deliver for Uber or doordash because you all have to wait behind a bunch of people who don't know what they want.. So in order to eat here you have to wait Extra long because they don't know how to open their restaurant lobby like everyone else.
