Zaxby's

Since this location opened, my family and I have ordered from this Zaxbys location at least 90-100 times or more. I usually utilize the drive through and 99% of the time the order is correct. Once, maybe twice, I may not have received a particular sauce I've ordered as an extra. Again, this is a very low % overall. I will say the same as another reviewer:. I have, on occasion, received "old" toast. Pieces that were COMPLETELY hard and could make a "knocking" sound on any surface. That's a little annoying because the toast is so hard that we know whoever put the toast in the box KNEW it wasn't longer ready to serve. It's bad when one meal gets toast, but it's even worse when all 3 dinners turn out to have old hard slices of toast AND when you've ordered an entire basket of toast and all 6 halves/3 full slices have to be thrown out... And they do have to be discarded as they are not edible once they've dried out and have become completely hard. They are a bit stingy with the napkins! Every employee I've ever encountered at this location has been a customer's dream! All very professional and genuinely friendly.

Great food the only reason I've given 1 star is because they had the zenzation sandwich meal comes the egg roll and they never put the egg roll in the food, and they don't even tell you that they are out of eggrolls. So I went down and asked the cashier because it happened to me a couple of times and she just said that they're out and that she just put some more fries. So just make sure you check your food before you leave

Very disappointing. Went in with one other at 9:30 on a weekend. Ordered and sat. They brought the food out to us in a to-go box/bag. Okay, I get it and understand; we head out as soon as we get the food. The food, though, was stale, cold, and just awful. The fries must have been prepared at 6. I get that it was close to their their closing time, but if the food is stale, just say you aren't serving anymore tonight. Ridiculous. Don't give me garbage for $10 each. I went in and told someone of this and their response was simply "okay." Not good service. At times, the food is good, as Zaxby's normally is. But the gamble isn't really worth it. A bummer, since I live pretty close and like the franchise.
