Yes, that is indeed FUZZY MOLD.
I ordered the fajitas through curbside to-go for a late lunch. The food came out relatively quickly, but I was met with a plate of pico de Gallo with MOLD & SPORES on it, through and through!! Given the sheer amount, that mold had to have been growing in the salsa for a least a week! I ended up tossing ALL the food (including the drink), a $30+ order because I did not want to risk myself or my family getting sick from anything. Thankfully, the manager was apologetic and promptly got my information to process my refund, but I will be calling corporate anyway. This order had to pass through the hands of at least 2 people (the cook and the server who brought it to us), and the fact that the mold was clearly visible through the lid was infuriating. If you decide to take the risk and eat here, beware!! Mold is absolutely unacceptable. You all could KILL someone!

The absolute worst service for our togo order. My husband gets there. He calls the order in the parking lot. They say 15-20 minutes. “Ok cool, I’m outside in the car”….right? But no, then they come back at the 15 minutes mark “hey it going to be another 35 minutes on your food.” This is now pushing 8 pm on a Monday night…for 3 ppl…a quesadilla, a salad and a triple dipper. Really??? It’s unfortunate they’ve gone downhill so fast.
Edited for photos of the food….the quesadilla wasn’t even together. One of the 3 dippers was a side salad that looks like this in the black container…this is sad.

Came initially came for one drink, however I did come back around because of Dana? . The staff is absolutely amazing, If she isn't there yall aren't getting my money.

I'm not sure if they are open for business inside the restaurant every day. They do have curbside orders available. The bathrooms smell way too strongly of perfume-like air freshener. When I have seen people in there, it's not crowded at all and the tables are always really spaced apart which is kind of depressing. It's like a no man's land. Too bad how things have affected this restaurant since the pandemic. Sometimes the wait for food is ridiculous. I think it's all just a sign of how hard the pandemic hit this location. Very dad.

Dina is the best! Great attitude, quick service and funny. Food was great, though broccoli a little salty. Dina insisted on bringing out another order for me, appreciate that as I hate to send anything back. And she kept my beer full, that's always a reason to come back. Thanks so much, will return.

DO NOT go to this Chili's....they are never open for dine-in. I mistakenly stopped by for dinner twice in the last two weeks and both times there was a note on the door advising "no dine-in service today". I decided to try curbside and ended up waiting in the parking lot 45 minutes past the time they told me the order would be ready. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because of our server was awesome. The food not so much! I ordered the 3 for $10.99 just bacon burger without a bun with broccoli and when it came out it was 2 pathetic looking flat burgers that were way over done, they looked nothing like the juicy thick burger my husband had ordered. I had asked for my broccoli to be well done and it was hard and cold. I called our server over and asked her why mine was so different from my husbands and she was even confused. She took the plate back for a remake and well it only got worse from there. The brought out my 2nd attempt dinner and the broccoli was a little better and at least it was warm but then I cut into the burger it was completely raw. Needless to say I was not happy. I called the server back over and told her the burger was raw and just asked her to take it off the bill. She told me she had already taken it off the bill but wanted to make another one. At this point I was done and just ready to go home. She brought a molten chocolate cake (which my husband enjoyed) for all the trouble. We paid our $11.76 bill and left her a $6.00 tip for everything she did for us. Not sure what was going on with the kitchen because we have eaten there several times and it has always been very good. It was quite apparent they either had a new cook that didnt know what he was doing or a cook that clearly just didnt care. We will go back but it may be a while.

It all started when I first arrived.
I was greeted by no one and stood by the door for 52 minutes. Finally, by the grace of Pablo Escobar, someone came to seat me. I asked to be sat away from the windows, due to my irrational fear of the outdoors, but the hostess put me next to one anyways. Mortified, I ordered the loaded boneless wings and a lemonade. Quivering from my own fear of the windows, I waited for 3 whole weeks before my food arrived. When it finally came, my waiter, who was none other than Barack Obama, dropped my food all over the floor and I was unable to eat my much desired meal.
Overall, I would rate this as a terrible restaurant with horrible customer service. I hope this review saves someone from falling down the same path I did.
