This was not my favorite. The meat was not flavored that well, and it was dry. Beans, rice, and guava pastry were delicious. We ordered the pork bowl and the Cuban sandwich and walked away underwhelmed.

Ok so here's the thing. The sandwich is a good sandwich, but as far as Cuban sandwiches go, the ingredients are there but it just wasn't that amazing. The plantains were pretty thick and that caused them to be under-fried in the middle and starchy. The guava and cream cheese pastry was good but overall this place is kind of pricey for what you get.

Spouse got the turkey cuban with yucca. I had the pulled pork cuban with fries and a passion fruit/pineapple punch (amazing). They where both equally delicious. Barely touched $30 for both of us. Glad she picked this place. Definitely a must try. And a return visit is coming.

Sorry but I don't know how you can call your Cuban sandwich a popular item, otherwise people doesn't know what's a good Cuban sandwich.
Empanadas ore ok. I also requested some extra mustard on the side but they didn't put any.

I was raised in Miami so I'm very picky about Cuban food. It was just OK. Not something to brag about in my opinion. The girls were sweet at the register. The only thing I will say that stood out, were the black beans. Omg! Those were delicious and exactly the flavor I grew up with.

I got the Cuban combo with plantains...it DOES NOT come with the rice and beans. You can only PICK ONE!!🙄 I also ordered a side yucca fries. I was disappointed because the sandwich didn't have much of flavors. I also paid $3 for the yucca fries and only ended up getting 4 fries! That was very disappointing and definitely was not worth my $3! Sorry but Papis got it! The prices and the flavors. You get rice, bean and plantains with combo meals. The service was good but I won't be returning back here.

This place is absolutely delicious! I got an empanada: hot, crunchy and yummy. I got a tequeños (basically a cheese taquito): crunchy, gooey and yummy. I got a turkey Cuban sandwich: it was the best. Great portions, a nice toasted taste, and pretty filling. 11/10 for d’cuban cafe for sure!
