Subway

Been there twice and completely slow both times my husband just went in there and one person was in front of him and it took 30 minutes for him to make the one person sub plus his two subs. I literally think he was counting the pieces of vegetables that he was putting on the subs because he barely put any on there. My sub was completely dry after I asked for vinegar and oil to be on it. The guy was nice just so slow luckily we weren't in a rush. Won't be back unless I want to take a nap there while he makes my food.

I went at 2p and there was one guy there. He was obviously new (later confirmed) as he had no sense of urgency for the 3 of us in like (later 4). There were no covers/lids on any of the food (usually there are? To keep flys out and prevent employees from sneezing in the open meat I thought?) A head knife was used to open a pack of meat (anything made with that knife is now not vegetarian). Gloves weren't changed between meats/cheeses and veggies (all veggies touched are now not considered vegetarian). The register wasn't opening to give change and the receipt printer was jammed. I don't blame this new guy, I blame whomever left him there unsupervised. He obviously wasn't to the point in training to be able to handle it himself yet. Sandwich I got was good, but I'm never going back.

I love Subway. I'm frequently at this restaurant sometimes almost daily. I find the vegetables fresh. I would like the food colder but when I get home I eat half of the footlong sandwich and put the other half in the freezer for a half an hour or so and then eat it. I usually order all vegetables. I have never seen any problem there, the employees do their best to fix a sandwich just the way you like it without delay. I don't understand why I saw two stars and I'm not understanding the complaints I read because none of these things have been my own experience.
