Starbucks

Did mobile order, arrived 20 minutes later, drink was not done. While I waited, a lady came in, ordered 3 drinks and got all of them before me! Place was a mess and not happy I had to wait for ever for a simple ice coffee. Maybe I should do my mobile order an hour in advance to be sure it will be ready when I arrive... update … if “Sa’id” is working … expect the longest wait ever … I watch him work at slow motion speed

This used to be one of my favorite locations. They used to be quick and super friendly. My hours visiting this location have been weird but I’ve never been told that they don’t have brewed coffee. It’s a big part of their name. I ordered a venti pike roast and the girl said I could have a venti blonde americano. When I got to the window, I told her I would like to use my stars. I had 50 in my app which covers a brewed coffee. She said I do not have enough stars so I cancelled my order. Do not offer something that is not comparable to when I was asking for. Every other location that offers this does not ask for 150 stars. Believe me, if I have 150, I’m not going to order a worse version of something and pay more. Call me crazy but I feel like a company with coffee in the name should have coffee available during all their business hours. I’ve been a gold member since around 2009 but things like this happen too often.

I walked in, no one greeted me, I walked to the counter and everyone continued to work. They are busy, and I understand but not even an hey I’ll be right with you, it’ll be just a moment. No one said a word! I stood there for a while and finally after getting upset I asked where they keep their pick up orders. She said it would be at the front counter where I was standing. Someone sits a drink on the counter but says nothing to me. They didn’t ask who the order was for or my name or anything like that. I finally asked, is this order ? Because no one spoke to me and let me know anything. It was so strange. The experience here was so different from the Starbucks just a few miles down the road. Very cold and unwelcoming and unprofessional.
