Arby's

I like getting the roast turkey and Swiss wrap. Sometimes arbys is on point, and others the staff is lacking. We always have to check our order before leaving. One time, there was 4 things wrong with our order and it took forever. We still didn't get our large drink, but we were tired of sending stuff back. If everything goes as it should, the food is great! Also, the other day they were out of salads.

Me and my brother went to the Arby’s on Dallas Hwy in Marietta, GA. I ordered a double Beef & Cheddar and a Apple Turnover and my brother got two Beef & Cheddar with two cherry turnovers. The problem is that my Beef & Cheddar had no Cheddar on it at all and all three turnovers were flat with very little filling and they looked like they had been sat on. This is the worst meal that I ever received from Arby’s. I tried calling the business but no one would answer the telephone so I left a message with my cellphone number, yet no one called me back to ask me about my order or attempted to correct my issues. Their customer service is just as worst as my order!

the five stars is for this particular location. I really don't feel like we ought to so freely give out five stars but this restaurant has great personality. I eat there at least once a week because it's so close to my work and I always use my Boy Scout card for the drink and fries with any regular sandwich.

Disappointed in the service and food. I had to repeat my order, I don't think the cashier was really focused on taking our order. Our sandwiches didn't have much meat on them. Then, my us jus looked weak. I figured out why when I got to the bottom. (See picture). When, I showed the young lady at the counter, she said that she was sorry, but their machine is broken.
