Physically went into this location around 6:30 am with a line at the ordering counter. An employee yelled at the line, "I told you all you can't order here, and gotta go to the app to order"! Walked away only addressing the small amount of people in the drive-through. Each time I've been at this location, the employees are not pleasant and short with the customers. I have been spoken to rudely in the drive-through. Never a good experience ☕🤔

Extremely rude manager. Didn’t catch her whole name but I know it started with The letters Ar. Very rude disrespectful and acted like it was a problem for me to be there getting a coffee to go. Clearly very unhappy with her job and the worst part is that all of these other employees are learning nothing but how to be disrespectful to customers from their manager.

I have dined in and gone through drive through. The deals were awesome like the 2 for $4 breakfast sandwiches. Since pandemic the prices are high. I understand they trying to stay in business.
I have ordered some donuts once through drive thru for the kids when I heard the total I was shock because usually the prices are cut in half in the evenings at some locations if the donut been sitting all day. I asked how long the donut been sitting and I was told since this morning. I did not mean to complain but they over heard me and when I drove to the window the staff gave it to me for free.
I was so Thankful to God to have been granted favor anyway. The staff was moved with compassion although they don’t make the rules. They get it but there is nothing they can do because they just work there. Service was cool that day. I just don’t go there as I would like too.. prices are too high especially when you have a whole family. It is a family oriented area. We would come often if they have a revamp of their menu for families!!!

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area. They get our order wrong every single time we go, they don't know how to make coffee, and the donuts taste like they are old and stale. If you can avoid going here, just drive 5 more minutes and go to the one off Dallas Hwy.

My husband and I are finally tired and DONE with this location. We live just down the road and have been here dozens of times over the past couple of years out of convenience. Every time, there's either something wrong or missing with our order, a long wait, or a staff who act like the customers are an imposition on their day. I'm tired of it. Today I ordered a large iced tea, half sweet/unsweet and instead I received half unsweet tea, half COFFEE. WTH?! Who wants to continue giving this location chance after chance when they can't seem to get their operations in order? Seriously who is thefranchise owner here? DO THEY KNOW?!

This place is Awful! I’ve been here 3-4 times total and is always a horrible customer service experience. They made each customer wait at least 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker before they’d even take the order . The whole time my baby is screaming . I get up to the window and there’s nobody even there ! All I ordered was 2 doughnuts . Also, last time I came here they literally punched our food , without provocation. We had ordered 4 croissants, took them home, opened the bag and there were knuckle prints in our food . I’m sooooo DOne with this place . Do Not suppport this business

Unfortunately this location (like many) has deteriorated in quality and customer service. I actually had a young lady get annoyed with me when they made my drink wrong. They get it wrong 80% of the time. She said: 'Next time say latte' I was thinking.. Uhh it was a mobile order so all you had to do was read. It was made incorrectly, so now I'm back to get it right.. ??
The drive thru in the morning is awful. When you pull up to the window there's silence. How about kindly say 'Hello, I'll be right with you, sorry for the delay' It keeps the customer from guessing if the intercom is even working.

I placed my order via the app and picked it up in the drive-thru. When I arrived there was no customers inside that I could see through the window, and there was only one car in the drive-thru. After the car ahead of me placed their order and drove to the window I waited at the speaker box for several minutes in silence. No one spoke to say “be right with you” or “one moment please”. I finally spoke up and only then did an employee say “one minute” which actually became 5 minutes. After driving around to the window I waited just as long. I noticed at least 2 employees inside: one at the window and one making the orders. If I placed my order ahead via the app and there was only one person ahead of me when I arrived, then why did it take my entire lunch break to receive my food? And I waited that long only to receive bitter coffee, stale munchkins and no customer service whatsoever. I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because my breakfast wrap was at least hot.
