I’ll often drop by this Starbucks inside the Kroger when I’m done with groceries. I swear nearly half the time I’m told that “the espresso machine is down.” So either: (1) the employees are lying because they don’t feel like making an espresso drink; or (2) this store desperately needs to get a new functional espresso machine. Either way, it’s not great. This has gone on over the course of several years too, so this isn’t just a recent problem.

Great customer service! I took an Uber here and did not realize that the inside Cafe was closed and that they were only doing drive-thru orders. The staff here was kind enough to allow me to sit outside and work and order from there. I know that I did not have to do this but I was greatly appreciative.

This place has very nice people, they gave us a free gift-card for Starbucks on my birthday there drinks are very refreshing. I really recommend this place if your in Kroger and you just want a drink on the go. Thank you for reading

Woke up in a bad mood but was greeted by such a nice employee who helped me pick what was best for me. I don’t know his name but I hope he sees this. He was so nice when I went to order he could clearly tell I was sick and offered different teas I never knew they had and what to add to help me feel better. I just tasted the tea and it’s beyond good.

If you are buying 50 gift cards, let the person behind you order their drink first. Especially when it's just a basic coffee!
A second worker grabbed the drink for me while I was waiting but wouldn't let me pay until "the gift card grinch" was done.
I had already waited long enough so I handed the coffee back and left.
And why is this a big deal? Because the guy in front of her also bought gift cards and the cashier was new!

Staff must have changed from the most recent review. I have been to this Starbucks a few times and have never gotten a good cup of coffee. My order is always wrong. The employees are a little off. They look very nasty with their greasy hair and dirty clothes. And are obviously undertrained.

The staff here is amazing. Came in to get a specialty drink for my friend who goes there frequently, and when I started ordering it they knew exactly who it was for and remembered how he likes it. They are the best. I thought getting to know your customers like that was a thing of the past but they truly treat everyone that way here.

Blame it on 2 new workers and huge rush. Manager should have been present to aid in training. 2 coffee products prepared timely! Good. But the 2 bakery items and ine vreakfast item are not available but not told at all! Asked the barrister do you prepare the muffins and sandwich also? Told THEN! WE DON'T HAVE ANY IF THAT WE'RE OUT! 4:45 Pm---out? They called mgr and he splained, 2 workers are new just didn't know where items are ----- no one left the area so items were there all along. Whats the big deal! Just the NO comm!! They took my $20 but didn't tell me nothin or any other cstmer NADA!
