Chick-fil-a

Ordered the spicy chicken deluxe for myself and it was good! Similar to other locations. I placed my order through the app to pick up to avoid the drive thru lines this place normally gets. The dining lobby is currently closed, so only to go orders for the time being. Employees are masked up. Customers are free to wear a mask or not while waiting for their order. Took about 2 minutes to get my food out the lobby once the app said it was ready. They had it labeled wrong and thought it was for a delivery service instead of carry out. No problems there.

Chick fil a I’m not sure what you’re going through, but you’re only a few steps away from McDonalds. I’m not sure when ordering fries meant you serve a 1/2 container of uncooked fries, not just cold, but literally uncooked. And to top it off, they’re not even fries, but pieces of fries. And let’s not get started on the straw you gave me tonight to drink from. I understand we’re in a pandemic, but what you’re establishment is going through is far worse. So sad.

This chik fil a has a playground but it’s closed. Also they have a bunch of high schoolers working here I saw the drive thru had a long line. While I saw one girl on her phone and another taking pictures of herself. I decided to go inside to avoid the long line. The restaurant was dirty and honestly having to wait 15min for my food did not help. I probably won’t be going out of my way to come to this location again.

I really love this chick fil a, but this is the second time in two weeks they have given me the wrong nuggets in my salad. At this point, they probably think I’m lying since I complain about it so often. They are incredibly busy, but please don’t sacrifice quality of service for quantity of customers.

The young lady with the red hair, small bun on top of her head and two strands hanging in the front of her face was very rude. I was calling out to get her attention and even pulled my mask down and she completely ignored me and 2 other employees turned around from another areas so I know she heard me. She was already in there looking like she didn’t want to be there. She wasn’t the only one. The others were nice nasty but they helped. I know you all are busy and you know you that you’re working in customer service. Go to the back take a break and come back out because the rudeness and working in customer service is unacceptable.

First, they are getting skimpy on the food. My fries are now half empty when I receive them and so are the salads. I know we are in recession but if the prices are going up, the amount of food we receive can't go down! Also, I must also mention that this location has been making too many mistakes lately. The amount of times I have had to drive back because they forgot something is more then I would of liked. It didn't use to be this way. I have been coming here for a long time. I am hopeful they will pull it together.
