I’ve never posted a review for a fast food restaurant but I felt this Wendy’s location deserved it. I’ve eaten here 3 times and have done an online order each time. My food has always been delicious and prepared just the way I ordered. Each time I’ve arrived I’ve been greeted by the same lady and she is really nice and pleasant. I know working in any industry right now where you interact with the public is tough. I am appreciative of her kindness. I’ve ordered breakfast twice and lunch once. I arrive in the line to notify them I’m here and it’s ready when I get to the window. I try not to eat out for lunch/breakfast, but when I do this Wendy’s will definitely be my go to.

Always excellent. The 1$ sausage egg and cheese biscuit is excellent. The greatest service ever.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich no lettuce or tomato, extra mayo add ketchup. Chicken was old as hell, they had no one there to have been busy. It should have been fresh. Very little mayo on it and no ketchup. Could not eat cause it was so tough.

My first time at this Wendy's and was glad the lobby was open. Service was good as was the food which seemed to be very fresh. Having to go to the counter for refills was a bother but supposedly a lobby system will be added with the next remodel.

This store is trash. The staff is consistent at only one thing, getting your order wrong. The lack of attention to detail is erroneous. There has been no attempts to improve either quality or service. Do not be fooled by it's convenient location. Do yourself a favor. The next time you're looking to eat at wendy's and you're on canton rd, just keep driving.

Food was sub par. Cashier seemed a bit disoriented and charged me for someone else's order. Being the person I was raised to be, I alerted him that my meal was more than he requested with sort of tells me I would have possibly gotten someone else's order!

I ordered a food item and it was correctly, promptly and politely served through a small window about 85 seconds later. This meal was about as good as any food you can concoct in 75 seconds, then wrap anand serve through a window. Mmmmmm-good! I was lovin it.
