I love Dairy Queen soft serve.- I prefer it over any gourmet ice cream shoppes in Cincinnati. Having said that the prior location of the Kings Mills store was just the worst. The congested parking lot was bad enough, but mix in Kings Island traffic, and that entire plaza was avoided if possible.
But in this new location… every one of those problems solved, & with the bonus addition of a drive thru!!! NPatel took my order and money. Super nice kid, kind smile, helpful. Best item on the menu: turtle pecan blizzard

Honestly this is such a nice DQ, fast service and the food was really good. Best DQ experience I've had. Girls bathroom was closed and had to use the men's but it was clean.

The staff here was friendly and very efficient. All orders were correct and most everything was tasty. Dont get the pretzel sticks though.

YUM!!! Great soft serve 👌👌. I got my usual go to, the crunch coat cone and the wife likes their orange cream dipped vanilla soft serve cone. Shoulda snapped a pic to share but unfortunately it was gone before I thought about it. 😁😁😄😄😃😃

The ice cream cone I got...chocolate dipped in chocolate was awesome!! I also got the "waffle cake" so not worth it. It was frozen and they heated it up for 2 or 3 minutes, and no bigger than the palm of my hand. Not worth it at all.

A little cramped for a day when the rain shut down Kings Island and people were looking for somewhere to go. The manager wasn't very receptive to special orders or if something was missing from someone's order. The receipt prints out like every other restaurant with a special comment line to get a coupon... Except the phone number and special code print out as xxx-xxx-xxxx. So... yeah. No comments allowed.
