Dairy Queen

It is about a 20-minute drive from my home to this DQ, but I'm so glad I made the trip. When ordering at the drive-thru around 9PM, the staff member at the window was so friendly and patient and told me it was ok to take extra time to decide what to order (there was no one on line behind me at the time, but they still didn't make me feel rushed). They took my name for the order, and every staff member I interacted with from the order speaker to the window communicated with me by name. They did the signature "flip" to show me that the Blizzard doesn't come out of the cup when turned upside-down (which was amusing) and then not only asked if I wanted lids, but also marked the bottom of each Blizzard with an identifier of what flavor it was so that they could be quickly and easily dispersed to my family members when I got home. Not only were they nice, but the service was super quick! This was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in the food/dining industry. The staff here is top-notch. I'll certainly recommend this DQ and will definitely be going back.

I ordered takeout of the wild alaskan fish sandwich, and I was happy with it. The fish fillet was bigger than the bun, so the portion size was good and large. If you scan the app when you make a purchase, you get points you can redeem for free items such as fries, chicken strips, Blizzard treat, etc. There are also limited deals that show coupon codes for something off the order, but these are limited compared to deals on other similar fast food apps. However, the point rewards system is awesome.

I only use the drive thru but they're always quick and friendly. Orders are always correct. The only problem I've encountered is that more than once the person taking my money has no clue how to give the correct change. They've actually asked me what I'm supposed to get back. Other than that my experiences have been very positive.

Update; this particular DQ location is awesome. I've been to a few around the country with mixed feelings. I work literally a few buildings away from the medford location and every time I've visited its been perfect. Friendly staff, clean store, and fresh food what more could you ask right? Well I was in a hurry last time to review here and only left a 5 star because who reads them right. Well they reached out with a simple thank you answer, and that was nice to get the simple response. So I decided to update the review for someone who appreciates and checks how their doing. I've heard only good things about the owners here, sisters right? Well keep it up your doing a great job and your a welcome part to this community. You will definitily see more of me and my friends. See ya soon👍

The food at this location in my opinion is always done well has a Fresh taste like the meat comes directly off my BBQ grill. I love it I got a salad today for the 1st time and I must say for a fast food restaurant well done the salad was crisp grill chicken was juicy. I liked it and will rebuy any time the staff is always friendly and the food was well packed I hate going to places after you spend your money and the food looks like its thrown ;fries in the bag, sloppy burgers but not here, burger are done fresh the cheese melt and the quality and quantity is just right. Keep up the good work!
