Texas Roadhouse

Great food. Great service, Kimberly. This was our first time at a Texas Roadhouse. Waite was 25 min. Once seated we were in and out of there in a hour. (deserts to go). 2 meals, 2 deserts, 1 soda, 1 adult drink just under $60 not including tip. Our only complaint is that it's really loud so you can't hear your companion without straining.

Been a while since we've been to a Texas Roadhouse as we don't have one local to us. Joined the wait list before heading to the restaurant, so we didn't have a long wait once there. It did seem to take a while for our orders to arrive though. Food was good. We had the cactus blossom (bloomin' onion ripoff) for appetizer. I had the road kill and my wife had a steak salad. My only complaint is on the side of vegetables as the carrots were not very cooked, however the broccoli was perfect. My wife's complaint was that the steak was cooked too much and didn't have enough pink. Serving size was good and she was unable to finish the salad.

EVERY SINGLE WAITRESS THERE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! Y'all really should just start from scratch again... Teach those ladies how to be polite and prompt with the customers instead of focusing on who did what to who the night before, or complaining about previous customers in a vulgar loud manner. So loud as a matter of fact I could hear it 10 feet away. Bright side the food was good and the cooks are obviously hard working people who appreciate having a place to work.... I understand " it is never our intention to let our customers down" 🙄... But insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results!! Not that you actually care but I, nor my friends, will EVER come back.

We love Texas Roadhouse, usually it’s our favorite Ribeye anywhere!!! Tonight it was not good at all…. The steak was tough and not tender at all. The mashed potatoes had huge chunks in them. We shared with the waitress and she said she would get her manager to come talk to us and then she came back and said the manager told her that ribeye is not a very tender steak…. Huh??? Usually it is melt in your mounts tender. then finally the manager did come to talk to us and he didn’t have any answers are solutions it was very odd! Very disappointed…. Update… they did end up comping our meal so that’s a plus. The manager is young and needs to grow in his position 😉

Absolutely amazing service! Went in with a party of 7 at 6pm. There was no wait to be seated even though the place was packed! All our meals were cooked to perfection. Steaks cooked perfectly, and I am super picky about how my stake is cooked. Great place for a well seasoned steak. Wife and mother-in-law had the shrimp and they both said it was really good. Definitely will be going back when we are down this way again.

When I want a great Prime rib this is the place to come to for a great dining experience. The cut was the perfect thickness, the meat was well marbled and juicy. The excess fat was nicely trimmed and the meat was evenly cooked to the perfect temperature. No grisle or bone bits just a perfectly delightful cut of meat. Kudos to the chef great job sir. Nice atmosphere celebrating moments of significance for other guests. Overall a great dining experience and a nice friendly Western atmosphere. Definitely will come back to a place where they get my dining experience and enjoyment right.

Ordered 6 ounce steak with ribs, mushroom and upgrade to loaded baked potato. Everything was exceptional except for the ribs. It was dry and overcooked so I only half 1/3. Will definitely go back for a bigger sized steak! And dinner roll was buttery roll with cinnamon butter. Good if you like slightly sweet things like me.
