Love everything. Love the atmosphere, Love the amazing food (try the potato skins and cheeseburgers), Love the super sweet bartenders, and I love the drinks. It's definitely a party atmosphere, even on a Thursday night, so be careful not to go when you want quiet conversation. Pros: Excellent patio Great atmosphere and music Tasty food - even lunch specials Local beers on tap Cons: Loud, so not good for a conversation Small selection of beers on tap. I'd like more variety.

This is a great establishment for fun with colleagues or friends, getting some good bar food (more like an upscale bistro), playing pool, and or getting a good beer or cocktail. My wife got the house red wine and liked it as well, and she doesn't usually go for house reds at bars since they are not worth the money. We met some friends here and got the nachos, friends got burgers of differing types, and fries. They said the burgers and fries were good, and we loved the nachos. They were made from house made chips (very good), freshly prepared vegetables, and their house made cheese sauce. All of which we loved. We don't ever get cheese sauces either because they either processed l products or unsatisfying in their taste. However, if you are looking for a great place to gather, have some drinks, and food this is a good choice. The only reason it got 4 instead of 5 stars is because the service was leaving us wanting for something more.

Howies used to be one of my favorite places to eat, great hamburgers and the best fish and chips I've ever had! Now, however, the last two times I have been there, the food has been terrible and the fish undercooked! Something that takes a real skill to do! If I wanted sushi, I would have gone to a sushi bar!
