So good! Quick and friendly service. Food is delicious, fresh and dare I say healthy! Prices are reasonable. They occasionally have deals they run on Facebook. We have been going to this food truck for years and they have been consistently good. Best food truck in the valley. There are a few picnic tables in the area to eat at but we usually take home.

Great place to get a lot of food for a reasonable price. Lots of options to balance your meal, if you want to have lettuce instead of rice for example. The staff is friendly. The flavors are good and the service is pretty quick. Can be found in a few locations around the greater Medford area, including at some farmers markets.

This is a food truck regularly located just north of the Medford post office. Their menu consists of plates and sandwiches based on pulled pork, brisket and their own recipe pork sausage. Sides are Cole slaw, baked beans and chips. Prices are moderate and the food is very good, but sloppy. There is plenty of parking but only a couple of picnic tables, the primary business model is take out. A plus is the presence of several other food trucks at the location. A variety of tastes can be accommodated with one stop.
