The Baskin-Robbins here in Medford, is an okay place to get ice cream with your friends and family. Much of their customer service depends on who is working, and how long they've been working there for. We have been there several times, and it seems like they go through a lot of employee changes, understandably..
In any case the ice cream is tasty, and reasonably priced. Give them a shot, you got at least 31 flavors to choose from!

The ice cream was good the staff was a bit overwhelmed and couldn't get to the tables in time to clean them as people cycled through. Some people werent good about cleaning up after themselves either so not at all staffs fault for dirty. I would say more staff on the 31st and all will be well. I will do another review the next 31st.

I felt really sorry for the girl behind the freezers, the Air Conditioning was out & it was warmer inside than outside. She had a Great Attitude & was So Friendly. Her Boss should be Very Grateful to have such a Great Team Member on their team.Was there about 5:45-6:00pm
