Sampler was very good. only thing is I had to eat with my hands and use my shirt to wipe my mouth, because there was no napkins or utensils in the bag after picking up my order. Please remember to include those things. It's simple people, before stapling the bag throw those items in the bag. geeez.

I keep trying to give Buffalo Wild Wings the benefit of doubt, but every time I go there, service is slow. The restaurant is not all that clean and they seem disorganized. Not sure what the deal is. The food is good and reasonably priced for what you get, but taking over an hour to get chicken wings is not okay

The Buffalo Wild Wings here in Medford is an okay place to get some food.
The staff are fairly friendly, and the restaurant is acceptably clean.
The food is definitely trendy and corporate style, personally I think it's kind of overvalued, but that's just me..
We have had some decent meals here, and will continue to.
Anyways, next time you're in this neck of the woods, stop by for some chicken wings and sauce!

So I recently have been ordering Extra crispy, extra wet, garlic parm/Asian zing bone in wings.
I’ve been to this location in the morning and at night. The service is mediocre regardless of time of day.
First time (Night visit) didn’t get all the sauces I asked for when they brought the food out. Ran out & just sat out of water and sauces for a bit before I got the waitresses attention.
Second time (morning visit) I politely said I was just going to check and she had a scowl. Checked the bag two sauces were missing, wings were not extra wet, no napkins, towelettes, plastic wear & they forgot my iced sweet tea. I came back in for the tea and they gave me no ice unsweetened tea. Idk if I offended them by checking their work but clearly someone needed to. As they missed 7 items but they didn’t forget to charge me for everything.
After I got back to my camp I realized they were not extra wet and the boneless sucked.
Very disappointed in this locations’ staff.
I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but I would not recommend this particular location.

Terrible service. Waitress took forever to get us anything we asked for. The wings looked and tasted like they had been sitting all day. They had no sauce at all. The pretzel bites were hard as a rock. The worst part was when we waited and waited for our server to come check on us to ask for it to be fixed she never came.... I finally asked someone else for extra dipping sauce it took 20 min by that time the food was cold and we just wanted to leave. Drinks were empty and never refilled..... the long haired server in cocktail area. It wasn't even busy.... as a server/bartender myselfni was super disappointed. Waist of $70 for only 2 people ...

We tried this place for the first time friday evening, about 9pm. Our waitress was very nice, so no issue there. But the food was not good. My husband's burger didn't taste like anything, like they don't season the meat. The dirty tots were really good. I got the ultimate nachos with brisket, and they were cold. I had more chips than any of the toppings. We did not get wings, but based on reviews, friends opinions and our own experience, we won't be returning.

Short staffed is not an excuse for lack of attention to detail. I can understand simple mistakes especially under certain conditions but to get wrong or forget most of a table’s order and not follow up with a customer for 25 minutes only to act surprised falls under the category of I don’t care from management, wait staff and kitchen. The staff was friendly despite what they lacked otherwise. The prices lead one to expect a corresponding amount of service and food that would not be found elsewhere but there is not. B - Dubs unfortunately is about as culinarily fascinating as Hooters. In other words, don’t go.

Why isn't the staff wearing masks over their noses? Pulled down under your mouth doesn't do squat. There's a sign on the door stating masks are required. One other customer was wearing one. All the people coming in weren't-and, nothing was done about it. Prices for wings are ridiculous. When I an missing sauce and celery/carrots I asked for, it's the nail in the coffin. The food was not ready at the time stated in the email I received either. Way too many concerns/issues to be bothered to return. Flap your wings and fly elsewhere.
