Mcdonald's

I understand the shortage in staffing and with that I am overly patient. But this location can never get the whole order right and not to mention every single time I have gone through they have forgot the sauce for my kids nuggets and that even with me asking for extra explaining I have no problem paying just would like them to make it into my bag. Straws often missing and never napkins in the bags. If you are craving McDonald's please go the extra distance and go to the one on biddle! Have never had a problem there!

Went in to go and get our food and it took no time at all for our order to be processed and put in my hands. The food was hot and God was an amazing. They were short staffed even but were still trying their hardest to crank out orders. If you stop on in make sure and give them a thank you. these people work hard for our food.

The homeless that they let sit outside their door is just not professional, they let non-service animals inside, and when you go inside the bathroom they have a “no touch” handle on the INSIDE of the stalls but not one on the main door? Tell me how that makes ANY sense. Your hands are dirty until you wash them and you have to touch the lock to get out of the stall. To top it off they handed me my food and said have a good day and walked off when I was trying to ask for sauce for my fries. They didn’t ask anyone for sauce they just drop and go. Plus they stop serving breakfast at 10:30. Our town does breakfast all day👎🏼

Ordered a six piece kids meal twice and both times had no chicken nuggets in the box. Check your order before you leave, even if it's a small order! Gas is not free so throwing in an extra item would be awsome for the inconvenience. Fries are a hit or miss. Sometimes fresh. Burgers are neat and not sloppy or covered in ketchup thank you! Management is friendly. Alot of young kids. I get it first time job, in a hurry, just smile and say "have a great day" it wont kill you.👍

I was picking up Uber eats delivery. Lobby closed so had to use drive thru. The order was small. Waited 5 minutes at the window before they asked me to go to second window. Waited another 10 minutes as car after car got there orders. Finally had to call the macdonalds and got the order another 5 minutes later. I asked if everything was there as I could not open bag as delivery orders are always stapled shut. They told me everything was there. Customer called me and told me they were missing the 20 piece nuggets. I'm pretty sure the worker at window was high.

I went to use a mobile code so I held up my phone with the code and she said she needed the code. I said the code out loud and she just looked at my phone. I said the code again and she said I needed to scroll to the code. At this point I was getting frustrated at her denseness. I asked her what she needed. Again she said the code. I asked if she meant the QR Code. She said yes, so I opened it. SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO TAKE OFF WITH MY PHONE! How unsanitary is that?! That is disgusting!! I don't want someone touching people's phones and then my food without washing her hands. 🤮

Meh. The kid behind the counter was super stressed out but did an amazing job and was very attentive. My wife and I couldn't get over how depressing the new Mc Donald's look is. We ordered our kids two happy meals but eating them in the lobby felt less than happy. Might have well been two depressing meals. Our order was made correctly though, all in all it was just meh.
