Wetzel's Pretzels

Went there today 10/05/21. The guy making dough was whipping his nose while making dough with his hands. He did this twice as we ordered our food. The younger girl rigning us up was in sweat pants. We said something to them including you need to throw that dough away and wash your hands.. He only apologized and went on his way and just kept making the dough. This place is gross. They lost our business. Our pretzels where not cooked either.

As Much as I love Pretzels, I will NEVER give this business my money again!!! While the cashier was kindly reading back my order to me, the male employee who deemed himself the manager snapped his fingers at me yelling miss miss multiple times!! All while I was respectfully give omg the cashier my attention as she was talking! He was incredibly rude and unprofessional! How dare you snap your fingers at me! This man have zero respect not manners! I will NEVER go back again!!!

If there was a lower score to give I would. They always have terrible pretzels. Hard and have no taste. Like they were made hours and hours ago and have just sat there. Service is terrible and you can hardly understand them. Then this last time my pretzel had a short black hair in it. I have long blonde hair and they both had short black hair but they still had a long list of excuses to give me. Like they clean out the place they store them all the time, obviously not! Wouldn’t give me my money back but wanted to give me another. Heck no!! That’s disgusting I didn’t want another!! Don’t ever go here, spend your money somewhere worth it.
