Taco Bell

The Taco Bell located here is okay. It's a little weird to turn into off of Jackson street. But once you get there the food is okay. However I do encourage you keep an eye on your surroundings, and probably your vehicle too. Not the best location, if you know what I mean.. Probably best for a drive-through visit!

Samantha, the Assistant Manager on duty was a breath of fresh air. She was very personable, and polite. Although the restaurant had sold out of the Nacho Fries, Samantha offered a substitution so smoothly and kindly, I wasn't even disappointed. I hope that she is in line for consideration of more than Assistant Manager. My experience with this restaurant has went from 2 stars, to a solid 5. Great Job Samantha.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star. We went in there tonight and not one single table was clean I had to ask for a bleach towel to clean my own tabels. there was soda cups spilled and left (which my child fell in) on the floor. and then when we ordered our food which was close to 70 dollars for a family of 9, every single burrito was a bean and cheese burrito which is not what we ordered. Took them an hour to get the food out and it wasn't even right. I called the complaint line and keep getting hung up on. Terrible terrible service and food. Definitely not clean at all! Will never ever go back to that store

Just had the worst customer service of fast food in my entire life. This morning My fiancé and I were ordering food in the drive through. The lady working never responded to us after we told her what we wanted. So we drove up to the window thinking maybe that would be easier. She gave us the nastiness look and with her few crooked teeth she has left snarks at us "you're not even going to tell me you're done" and before we had time to respond she spits out "I dont need your 4 dollars" she slammed the window closed and locked it. We did nothing wrong and it was unacceptable to be treated like this. I will be telling everyone this experience.

The food is ok it's your typical taco bell food. However the location of this place is just not good you have a lot of drunk and or homeless people doing shady illegal things in the parking lot. People doing drugs as well as a lot of other stuff I don't want my children seeing when we're out grabbing food. This is not on taco bell entirely however staff does not ever ask them to leave or do anything to really discourage the people from congregating out front and all around.

They forgot my sauce then an employee told me I needed to go wait in the drivethrough line for sauce that I ordered and had on the receipt. After standing by the door for a few minutes finding their number so I didn't have to wait even longer another positive employee came and brought me some sauce. Food was good.
