I order from here frequently as they're right in my neighborhood & while I generally like the food, the staff is quite possibly the rudest I've ever encountered! I ordered a Chicken Kabob Wrap & once I began eating it, I noticed a piece of very pink chicken. Upon inspecting the rest-thinking that perhaps it was just that thicker piece-I found that 99% of it was RAW! Obviously, I figured I'd call to let them know & get a new one sent that was actually cooked through. When I did so, one of the women proceeded to tell me it was in fact "well done" & therefore could not be raw. When I explained how I checked it all & that it was not done, let alone well done, she said that she made 3 separate orders with this grilled chicken & no one else complained. I responded by saying, "Then you made 3 separate orders with raw chicken" to which she said, "Well...what do you want me to do about it?" I said that I'd like her to cook the chicken-which you'd think would be a natural & reasonable request. She kept insisting that it was well done & I offered to show it to her to prove it was RAW & she said she'd like to see it but that it was late & would take a long time to make a new one (not that I wanted anything else from there after that) & gave me so much attitude. I stated that my family & I were regular customers & that this wasn't even the first time this had happened. I wouldn't have been pissed if she simply responded like any other restaurant & apologized & offered to make me a new one, but she was so rude & argumentative! Never again!

They are so rude to customers. One day, I went over there because it's in my neighbourhood and asked for a large cheese pizza. Well guess what they said. They said that they have no pizza and they showed me attitude. I don't like how they are rude. My brother went there and the he said, "Can I have a chicken sub?" And she said, "We don't have any." Then he said, "I'll go to a different store then." And she said, "Smart choice."

I really want to give Toni's by George business. However, the food always arrives cold, never arrives within an hour of calling, and 5 of the last 6 times our order was incorrect. The staff is extremely rude, this isn't Seinfeld and no one is laughing. For years the food was the redeeming quality of this place, but now it's frozen to flash fried garbage.... If you guys hate owning/working in a take out restaurant then move on. You've gone from a staple to a sh*thole.
