Pier 21 Tavern

First time coming here was a fun experience, the Bartender served us good drinks at decent prices. The owner was very friendly along with the kewl band playing, it is definitely a place I recommend going to compared to other places that not only serve booze but this place rocks I actually sang Billy Idol Rebel Yell with a live band that's freaking awesome! This is definitely a place I will start going to for now on and shall recommend my friends about it! Thank you Pier 21 Tavern for an awesome experience!

Place is closed "Due to Mandate", not the Corona one either. Obligatory edit- I've upgraded my start rating to 5 stars as I do understand the impact of these rating systems on the business, though it does seem arbitrary seeing as the business is not open. That said, the candor of your response seems to be the most telling of all. I do apologise if my comment seemed brusk, but wow what a response. What was with the 'touching yourself in public part'? Anyhow, it is unfortunate that you can't stay open due to circumstances, maybe take a page from the many other contemporaries around you. Good luck, stay safe.

Rather than reach out and find out why he rated it a 1, you throw buzzwords around. You really need to reflect on how you address concerns, especially before running your mouth off making false accusations or assumptions. I haven't a clue as to the customer you are referring to, but your response to my friends rating of his first and only experience at the neighborhood bar has soured my taste as well. Further, Tim's only interaction with the bartender was when he ordered his first drink. Such a disgusting method of trying to tarnish a 1 star review. Absolutely unprofessional. I am appalled by how little seating there is and the horrific customer service, not to mention horrible drinks. The staff gets involved in private matters, and throws people out for invalid reasons. Wow, accusing me of a blood feud? Very mature. I was writing this review for a visit on Friday. You kicked me and my wife out, for no reason. You must be homophobic.

The worst experience ever. Horrible customer service, rude staff, over priced drinks. Bartender screwed up and forgot to add the alcohol to a rum and coke. Then refused to make it right. Insisted on charging another $5 to add a shot of alcohol to the drink she didn't make right in the first place. I will never go back!
