Love this place!!! Great food and they will make it however you like it. Always in a positive mood and are not overly chatty with you. The music is kept at a reasonable level. One of my all time favorite places for breakfast in Medford.

I really like the drinks, bowls and vibe here. Not a huge fan of some of the girls here asking me if I want to leave a tip. The way it is communicated makes me feel pressured and I’m being a jerk if I say no. I don’t want to feel that way when I’m getting a smoothie for lunch.

Great smoothie bowls!!! My first time here, but came highly recommended. I couldn't have been more pleased! It was delicious! Wish I could eat something as light, flavorful and naturally sweet every day! Absolutely stunning!

Such a nice menu selection. Their bowls have a great mix of flavor, texture, and temperature. The acai is really tasty and smooth. Makes you feel good when you're done. I wasn't a huge fan of the avocado toast, I think maybe the honey tasted odd to me...good quality, just wasn't my thing.
Staff was pleasant and good at their jobs. Service was fast and smooth... My wife and I will be back for more. 🙂

ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!! Best company, best team, and the owners are such a positive impact in our community!!! I am so grateful for an amazing place to grab a healthy & delicious bowls!! You can taste the flavor of every ingredient and the love put into their team is inspiring to watch, all around best and favorite smoothie, avocado, wellness shot, smoothie power bow.. hands down!!!!
