So unprofessional. So I was charged $20 for a small calzone which is listed on their menus for $9 because I asked for mushrooms and extra cheese, which he decide made my order a “custom item” and added an additional $5, worst part about it, I get to where I’m going and the calzone is not even cut, needless to say never again

Let me save you time and money- DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE!! I ordered a Greek salad - no olives and a pizza with 2 toppings. The description of the order said it came with bread- there was no bread, instead they were kind enough to substitute a giant scoop of olives and another giant scoop of moldy feta cheese. Like you can't make this stuff up how giant the clumps of mold are in this salad. It's not even remotely subtle- there is NO WAY ON EARTH that the person who prepared this salad didn't see what they were packaging for us. Now the pizza- had we ordered a pizza with extra cheese we would have been really really happy that whoever prepared our order was incredibly heavy handed and went above and beyond- but the actual toppings we ordered- the ones they charged $5 extra dollars for were scarce and drowned in soupy cheese. To top everything off - the other reviews were correct, the crust was neither too thick nor too thin- it also wasn't fully cooked. when I called to explain what happened with our order the woman replied 'yea that was the end of the container, I'm REALLY sorry about that- just delete your payment from foodler' then I had to explain that she had to refund my money I couldn't just cancel the payment. Save yourself the aggravation and order from somewhere else.

We ordered pasta and garlic bread with side salads. We asked to pay with a card and were told we would have to call back in 5 minutes so they could figure out the total first. We decided to just pay cash and were told the driver would have change when he arrived. The driver showed up with no change, had to leave and come back. The pasta was awful, they forgot the garlic bread and the lettuce in the salads was brown. We called to let them know the garlic bread was missing. They sent the driver back over with the garlic bread and free mozzarella sticks for our troubles. The garlic bread was too burnt to eat and they over cooked the mozzarella sticks so badly that the cheese erupted out of all the sticks and was piled up on the bottom of the container leaving nothing but a big ball of empty breading.
