I’ve been to the Medford location three times and experienced the same unprofessional service each time. Employees talking on the phone with friends while taking orders, not friendly, complaining about how much work they have to do. Never busy so your order is completed quick and Smoothies taste great!

This place used to be a 5, now it's a hard 2. If you live for incompetent staff who can't read a menu and are too lazy to show up to open the shop before 10am nearly every morning, this is the smoothie place for you.
I live across the street and work out at the BSC it shares an entrance with. They used to be incredible, now their morning staff can't follow a four ingredient smoothie recipe from their own menu.
On the plus side, the evening staff is amazing. 5 stars.
