Absolutely horrible! Terrible! Service is rude, food is bland. So my story goes like this: Ordered food this past Sunday through the website. The website says food should be available for pickup around 6:14 p.m., no problem! Except that I show up at 6:20 and the food isn't even prepared yet. Stood around for over 45 minutes! Food wasn't ready until 7:10 p.m. I had other food in the car that I picked up on my way to this restaurant, now that food is ruined! When questioning the rude arrogant woman up front at the register, she just kept saying "food is not ready food is not ready". She's actually treating me as if I'm the rude one asking about the status on my food that's 45 minutes late! Offered no apologies or explanations. We were definitely being treated as if we are doing them a favor by ordering through them. Like I owe them something! She was horrible and rude! I will never, ever ever go to this place ever again nor recommend it for anybody. Right up the street there's a better restaurant called Ginger. They got my business moving forward.

came here to pick up for a grubhub order , the order seemed to be ready on the table right as you walk in . i went to grab it and a woman working at the front desk (her name is kelly) rudely snatched the bag of food from me , and claimed it was not ready in the most ignorant way possible. i have been waiting here for 20 + minutes while the man making sushi in the back is just playing around . not to mention many other customers are waiting for sushi as well . horrible customer service .

Great sit down Oriental restaurant with hibachi grill room and sushi bar. Ordered several entrees and appetizer. Everything was great with the exception of the mixed teryiaki plate, which was too salty. Despite the one bad dish, i would still return for another visit. Returned to try the Hibachi Room, a more affordable version of Benihana. Great food cooked to perfection.
