Taco Bell

I went in two weeks ago and spent over 60 which ain't hard . BUT that wasn't the bad part I got wrong order for all three meals I ordered the whole staff team I personally think smoked a lil ganja before the dinner rush. Eyes were all bloodshot. And all the customers were coming back thru lines to get the correct order. This place needs a New General manager very disappointed I'm never going back.

One of the best Taco Bell experiences I've ever had. Great Bean Burritos; it was as if the preparer was making it for herself. And the counter experience was amazing; the guy manning the registers was fantastic. I hope to see him in corporate training videos one day. Anyway, I didn't expect to find Taco Bell perfection here, but I did.

Awful service. The person taking our order via drive thru was extremely rude, accused us of having an attitude when we were trying to kindly explain to him that the order was incorrect, and not just slightly incorrect, we got mashed potatoes when we ordered chicken. The drive thru person then ditched us to deal with other employees. We finally asked for a refund because we weren’t going to deal with food that could potentially have spit in it. However, the woman dealing with the refund had NO idea how to do it. Never again.

Worst experience in drive thru I've ever had. The food was awful, I couldn't understand the lady at the window, and they missed two tacos that we ordered. I got a burrito supreme and the first thing wrong was it was folded like a taco not a burrito. It was a huge mess in the wrapper. Not to mention totally cold all the way through. I opened it up and threw it back in the bag. Garbage! I then proceeded to call taco bell to speak to a manager and for the love of god they didn't even answer the phone. Someone in corporate needs to shut this place down. Terrible experience overall. Two thumbs down!!!
