Hop Hing Chinese Restaurant

This is really delicious! Purchased 3 egg rolls and the red sweet sauce on the side. I ordered chicken with vegetables and I was pleasantly surprised to see the cook used a sweeter red sauce on our main dish, it was Excellent! Quality vegetables, cooked firm and just right. Tender chicken. Egg rolls excellent. Had to get two bags of shrimp chips. Loved everything and we will be back to order the same meal thank you !

We ordered a decent variety of food and everything was fantastic. We’ve tried so many places, and for once we’re not disappointed. Would have been 5 stars but after ordering and paying over the phone they would not honor a coupon we printed and brought in, and 1 combination platter we ordered was incorrect. Luckily, it was still good. The hot mustard is the best I’ve ever had. Sweet and sour sauce not my favorite. Will definitely consider going back, but kind of disappointed being denied a 4 dollar coupon on a 100 dollar takeout order.

Have been getting take-out from here for over 30 years. I remember Mike the original owner who was honored in the Medina Gazette for the best Chinese Food award. From what I see he has been gone for some time..But the same tradition has continued and the same exact flavor or family recipe has kept our entire family coming back for years. Wish we knew what happened to Mike Wang the previous owner but Hop Hing will always be the best Chinese food in the entire state of Ohio...

I used to go here often and really enjoyed their food. Unfortunately, it seems the last three times I've ordered I always get the girl that seems to hate her job (or the people that call in). I definitely felt like I was inconveniencing her...sorry, I just wanted to order food. Keep in mind it's a lot better to have a lot of customers keeping you busy than to lose them all. I'll have to look elsewhere, but that general tso's though.....

I am so sad!!! We ordered last night. The girl who answered was VERY rude, firstly-we almost called her back and cancelled the order, but I felt bad. The dumplings were mushy, and the vegetable fried rice was okay, but the cabbage tasted like it was not washed and the mushrooms were definitely too old to eat (tasted gross.) We are of course very disappointed, because this was our "go-to" place for good Asian-American food, but we now have to switch to somewhere else! We both got sick today and I am sure it was this food. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
