The people working here are really great! There was a very no big deal simple mistake made on one of my blizzards and we didn't start eating them until we got home, I called and let them know and they were so sweet in resolving the issue. They had a rush before we came in and were still rocking through orders like Rockstars. Always be kind!

Unprofessional staff today, one of your younger male workers had all staff come out from the kitchen in order to look and laugh at what I was wearing. I could clearly hear him say you guys have to come see this to the staff and then 12 people pour out from the back and laugh. Highly unacceptable situation. Hope this issue can be resolved and that kid can learn it's not appropriate to make fun of people even more so when you represent a business.

Always a great dinning experience for us. Great fresh burgers, chicken, & sides. I think most people love the desert treats that DQ offeres. My current favorite "Cherry Chip" Blizzard.

I'm not sure exactly what it is but it seems like the quality of the food has gone down from a year ago.
Edit: maybe the burger meat has changed? The large cones are almost always the same size as mediums. But, I'll check more closely next time and update with more specifics.

I stopped in for their Moolatte which is the best frappe drink you can ever have. Believe me when I say that because I have tried many different ones and I prefer to go for the Moolatte it's #1

We pass another city's Dairy Queen to come to Medina location. Great food and service. The cupcakes are amazing here!

Cleveland Clinic Medina really should update their patient information for the outpatient lab. Online it shows that they are open from 7am to 7pm. Not, closes at 5pm
